Climate does not work on Renault Megane II

Hello, my Megane 2 convertible has now been around 1.5 years, knew that the climate is empty. Now I have it filled and it doesn't work. When I press the ac button my fan on the radiator starts but the compressor does not run. I also have electricity measured at the compressor, unfortunately no electricity arrives. Can it be that a fault is occurring that it does not switch the compressor. I tried to read from a workshop but they couldn't access the climate. At Renault I only get an appointment at the end of June.

How long was the air conditioning compressor "dry" without coolant with the corresponding oil?

And what does "fill up" mean? In the stupidest case, the air conditioning system is so leaky that the stuff is immediately outside again. Checking something like that is not part of normal filling. Possibly, the workshop is enough to ask again if its empty again. If it is empty again, the workshop could search for the leak using appropriate means.

The workshop did a pressure test with special liquid but everything was perfect.

From where is the compressor controlled since the two cables go into a cable harness?

There is an error. The compressor will not start as long as it is not deleted.
