I heard a rattle while driving uphill. The rattling does not come when you start or constantly - when you drive uphill or very sporadically when accelerating, but only briefly. I have 85,000km, and is actually not typical for Honda that you have chain problems with this little km. I was looking for what is loose without success. Even cold start I hear no rattling. I'm really desperate. Error memory shows nothing. Does anyone have an idea? The sound comes right in front. I checked the drive shaft sleeve everything is tight.

Deflection pulley or belt tensioner pulley could be defective.

Are you sure that it's not engine knocking / ringing? In this case, check / replace the knock sensor. For testing, you could also fill up with high-octane gasoline.

So I did this test already. I didn't really test that out of conviction, more out of desperation. I filled up with high octane. Tank was pretty empty after about 1.5 days (100km) so when the fuel was in the engine, noise gone, I couldn't believe it. Then as the tank emptied and I used regular fuel, the noise came back. Now the question is, I can not constantly fill up with the expensive fuel.
