Outside mirrors no longer fold after locking on Mercedes C-Class W205

I checked the internal settings ​​that when / after locking the car the mirrors fold up automatically. The function has been "out of order" for 2 days, but the checkmark in the settings is still set.

I was able to fold it up from the inside with the switch and lo and behold, the function is also active again when locking. Is the problem known and is there a software update? Vehicle still has a guarantee

With the 213, they were sometimes difficult in winter. It was not moving so I manually pulled it in and out, then it started working normally.

Possibly a safety switch?
