Junking the tire, cut it off.

Keeping the tire; your basically carrying out a removal/installation like normal, apply pressure to the opposite side, apply lube into the rim as deep as you can on the bead, using a strong bar, covered in plastic/cloth or whatever, tuck it under the tire and over the lip, whilst keeping pressure on the tire opposite, also apply pressure going around to the bit coming off, it will pop back on. having the tire held down will help allot.

Just gotta get the bead thats seated as far into the rim dip as you can or, remove, flip wheel and re apply.

Cutting wheel on a grinder. Start at the bead and just go slow.

Push down on the right side (opposite) of where its caught to give it room to move. I have used a scissor jack under a truck frame to do this. Otherwise take it to a tire shop.

Reverse mount will damage it , too much pressure on the duck head. It will score the shit out of it.

Like others said grinder wheel to the middle it will loosen it. After take it to a shop and dismount. Tires dead sorry bub.

Reverse drop wheels possibly? Need to mount the tire "backwards" (aka wheel face down on the machine, making the final bead seat on the backside of the wheel instead of the face like you do now)
