OBD reader for a Chrysler Grand voyager

Is there an obd reader that you would recommend for a Chrysler Grand Voyager 2008 CRD with an ABS issue?
I have an Foxwell NT680 and a Delphi DS150 but neither will detected a fault.
I just want something to tell me what the issue is
