They may be two separate issues. Get your alternator checked by a qualified mechanic. If the alternator is not functioning properly, it may not be able to keep the battery charged, which can cause the battery to drain.
If there is a short in a speed sensor, it can cause the ABS light to turn on and may also be responsible for battery drain. Plug in an OBD scanner and see which speed sensor is triggering the fault.
