I bought my 120d (E87, 5-door) with 127,000km and have now landed at 151,000km.
The timing chain was changed by the previous owner in 2014.
Just browse for the PUMA measure 43863106-08, there you will find a lot of information. Timing chains that were repaired after 2013 should be insensitive.
My previous owners changed the oil every 30,000 km / 24 months, but I change it every 15,000 km. Nevertheless, no noticeable noises so far, just very gentle rattling a few weeks before the oil changes, but not afterwards.
I think with individualized models (own rims, accessories optics, etc.), like yours here, the vehicle is pedaled more often and brought to higher speed ranges, but as long as the vehicle was warmed up before, that should fit.
In terms of mileage, I would be more concerned about the DPF, as more soot is released at higher speeds.
I use the Liqui Moly Longtime High Tech 5W-30. After purchasing it, I looked at the product information and laboratory analyzes of all LL04 (i.e. the approved oils) and this has the best values in terms of ash content, viscosity, price-performance ratio, etc. (The Top Tec 4600 has the same parameters, but still additional additives so that it also meets the Benz requirements. However, these have neither a negative nor a positive impact on LL04, so you can save yourself the €5 surcharge for high-tech)
But the engine itself is really a nice thing and really fun!
