Fan won't run right air just a trickle

2011 q5 can't get fan to run it's just a trickle air conditioning the same seems to be cool air

Number one cause of slow airflow from AC vents is dirty cabin air filter. Check it and replace it if found dirty. If cabin air filter is good, then either the evaporator is dirty or the blower motor is failing.
