i changed the drivers door panel but now the indicators dont work, or the central locking or the electric widows.

Question

The vehicle starts and runs ok, but i cant use it with no indicators,, hazard lights don't work either.  I've checked all the fuses but can't find when the power is supplied to the switches in the drivrs door.

Those are a lot of simultaneous issues, could be due to a bad control module or some other electrical fault. You can try resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. If you have a proper OBD2 scanner compatible with your make and model, it can help diagnose the issue - otherwise take it to a VW dealer.
