I can't get my horn to work, fuse is good

horn doesn't work when I try to use it and I don't know why

Could be one of these things: bad horn, bad horn connection/wire, bad clockspring in the steering wheel, or bad horn button. Start by testing the horn, then check if the horn is getting any current when you press the button.
