I have smart key and the premium version of the RAV 4 XLE why can’t I remote start my car from the app?

Your vehicle does have Remote Connect with 1 year trial. This article covers how you can remote start from app. Have you activated the remote services? Also, can you remotely start your vehicle using smart key fob?
