2002 Sentra won’t turn over or crank

My car doesn’t turn over or start but when you push on the bumper just a tiny bit you hear a relay that is crackling.

Its most probably the starter motor clicking. Most of the times, especially during winter season, this issue is related to weak battery. There isn't enough juice, try jump starting your vehicle. If your Sentra doesn't start with a healthy battery or portable jump starter, then you should check starter relay and starter motor.
