My Hyundai Sonata 2013 GLS won't start but will turn over and my alarm system quit working what could that be?

My 2013 Hyundai sonata GLS four-cylinder won't start it will turn over but it also has a code saying there is zero fuel pressure on the lower fuel rail. My alarm system also is not working correctly or all could that be an issue?

If the engine does not start due to insufficient fuel, the next step is to check whether the cause can be traced back to an electrical fault, the fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter, a faulty fuel pressure regulator or injectors.
