Ford Fusion 2011 AC/Heater occasionally just kicks off completely without touching it

Ford Fusion 2011 AC/HEATER works great for a few weeks and then it kicks itself off completely, after a couple of days it all works fine. Any idea of issue? Cabin filter is clean.

Dirty cabin filter will never cause such a problem. There is something wrong somewhere. AC system may not be getting power: check AC fuses and relays.
