Why can’t I hear callers when I am using CarPlay?

When I am using CarPlay & receive an incoming call, I cannot hear the caller.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing > does it say automatic or speaker? Try changing the settings here and see if it solves your problem.

No, still doesn’t work, I have no Audio and the volume on the car is set to 0 I can’t change it.

Open the relay box under the hood and look for the DCM fuse. This is a 7.5 amp fuse. Use the provided white fuse puller located under the relay box. Either replace it or remove the old one.

Turned the ignition on accessories (no need to turn engine on) DCM icon lit up white, SOS button initialized with the green light on and my car can hear me again.
