2020 Toyota Tundra - start heater/ac with remote start?

I am able to remote start the tundra however the heater/defrost does not come on. Just the engine starts. How can I get the heater to start as well to warm up the truck.

You must be turning off your heater before switching off your engine.

When you remote start Tundra, the heater/air conditioning defaults to the state when you preciously turned off the engine. Start the engine, turn on heater/AC, and then turn off the ignition. Now when you remote start the engine, heater/AC will also come on to the same settings it was previously running on.
